Five landing-page concepts for Vectis

Each concept is a complete, self-contained, browser-tested website built from the real Vectis Run product and the claims rules in the research pack. Open any concept full-screen, or compare the desktop and mobile screenshots below.

Local prototypes only. Nothing here is deployed. The demo forms are not connected. Product screens are HTML recreations with fictional sample data. The Galaxy 4.5 → 4.9 rating appears only as a badged placeholder because it is not yet verified.

Recommendation

Launch with Concept 1, add Concept 3's tour, and use Concept 4's owner copy

Primary: Concept 1 — Vectis Native with UI (43/50). It scores highest on trust, product clarity and ease of deployment. Owners see the real product, and the site and app read as one company.

Alternative: Concept 3 — Product-led interactive (42/50). It is the strongest demonstration of what makes Vectis different, and the best conversion device.

Suggested final build: Concept 1's structure, Concept 3's interactive tour as the "See it work" section, and Concept 4's "marked complete vs verified complete" essay and its Galaxy editor's note.

Before going public, clear the launch-claims checklist: validated AI, a demo destination, the legal entity name, and Galaxy's evidence and permission. See RECOMMENDED-DIRECTION.md.

Concept 01

Vectis Native — with UI screens

Recommended for launch

A marketing extension of the real Vectis Run interface. It uses the same Inter type, azure #1D5FA6, hairline cards and status pills. Faithful HTML recreations carry the story: the Overview, My tasks, the verification review sheet, Automatic AI decisions, AI Quality, Operational Integrity, the daily report and the WhatsApp morning report. The website and the app read as one product.

Concept 01 mobile first screen at 390 pixels
Mobile · 390 × 844

Strengths

  • Highest trust and product clarity: buyers see the actual product
  • Interactive AI demo (pass / fork missing / unreadable photo)
  • Owner-control and AI Quality panels make the governed-AI story concrete
  • Easiest to deploy: same tokens as the app; can become a Jinja2 page

Weaknesses

  • Least visually original of the five
  • Long page; the phone mock appears twice on mobile
  • Recreated screens must be kept in sync with the app

Best audience

Owners and GMs who want to see the software before a call; the default public homepage.

QA

Tested at 390 / 768 / 1440 in Chromium: no overflow, no broken images, no console errors, every anchor resolves, the form sends nothing, reduced motion is honoured.

Concept 02

Vectis Native — no UI screens

Strong alternative style

Same brand language, with no screenshots at all. The product is explained through three devices: typography; a self-drawing lifecycle diagram with rework, retake and uncertain branches; and a 120-square 'day in a hotel' grid that surfaces exceptions. An interactive decision anatomy walks through the four AI outcomes.

Concept 02 mobile first screen at 390 pixels
Mobile · 390 × 844

Strengths

  • Calm, confident, very on-brand Swiss/editorial look
  • Explains the loop and the AI rules more clearly than screenshots do
  • Ages well: no UI to keep in sync

Weaknesses

  • Weaker 'show me the product' proof for sceptical buyers
  • Long on mobile (about 23,000 px)
  • Day grid is dense at 390 px

Best audience

Brand-led audiences, investors and partners; a strong 'About / How it works' page.

QA

Tested at 390 / 768 / 1440 in Chromium: no overflow, no broken images, no console errors, every anchor resolves, the form sends nothing, reduced motion is honoured.

Concept 03

Product-led interactive SaaS

Recommended alternative

A dark, premium, product-first page built around a stateful product tour. Visitors run one dinner-setup task through Vectis Run, step by step: the staff phone, a photo choice, a criterion-by-criterion AI check, the owner authorisation switch, manager review, the owner view with an 'AI got this wrong' correction, and the next morning's WhatsApp report. Every step is written to a visible audit trail.

Concept 03 mobile first screen at 390 pixels
Mobile · 390 × 844

Strengths

  • The most convincing demonstration of differentiation (the governed loop)
  • Best conversion device: 'Try the interactive tour'
  • Shortest page; strong on desktop and works on mobile

Weaknesses

  • The heaviest JavaScript to maintain
  • A dark theme departs from the app's light UI
  • Simulation logic must stay truthful as the product changes

Best audience

Product-curious GMs and operators, groups evaluating tools, demo follow-ups.

QA

Tested at 390 / 768 / 1440 in Chromium: no overflow, no broken images, no console errors, every anchor resolves, the form sends nothing, reduced motion is honoured.

Concept 04

Hospitality business outcomes (editorial)

Best owner copy

A premium business-publication feel: ivory paper, serif headlines, clay accents. It speaks to owners about the gap between 'marked complete' and 'verified complete', and about what changes on a Monday morning. It also covers role-by-role value, responsible AI, groups and a 30-day rollout. The Galaxy case study carries an editor's note on causality.

Concept 04 mobile first screen at 390 pixels
Mobile · 390 × 844

Strengths

  • The most persuasive owner-level narrative and copy
  • Handles the Galaxy claim most responsibly
  • Excellent typography and mobile reading

Weaknesses

  • Less product proof than 1 or 3
  • Further from the app's visual language
  • Editorial style can read slow for skimmers

Best audience

Owner-operators, hotel groups, management companies; long-form sales follow-up.

QA

Tested at 390 / 768 / 1440 in Chromium: no overflow, no broken images, no console errors, every anchor resolves, the form sends nothing, reduced motion is honoured.

Concept 05

Experimental — One day, accounted for

Most memorable

A cinematic but lightweight scroll story through one hotel day, from 05:30 to the next morning's report. The page background follows the time of day, and a story clock and ledger counters advance as you scroll. Each hour is a ledger entry: routines, photo proof, escalation, a complaint, an integrity signal, the AI catching a missing fork, the redo, guest feedback and day close.

Concept 05 mobile first screen at 390 pixels
Mobile · 390 × 844

Strengths

  • Highly distinctive; nothing like conventional hotel software sites
  • The narrative IS the product explanation
  • Contrast verified across every time-of-day phase

Weaknesses

  • Longest page; skimmers rely on the summary grid
  • Most complex visual system to maintain
  • Risk of reading as a campaign rather than a homepage

Best audience

Launch campaign / 'How Vectis works' story page; social and event traffic.

QA

Tested at 390 / 768 / 1440 in Chromium: no overflow, no broken images, no console errors, every anchor resolves, the form sends nothing, reduced motion is honoured.
